Structural features of ZGB (P) Series Slurry Pumps
To meet the demands of mining, metallurgy, and other industries, we developed the ZGB(P) Series Slurry Pumps. These pumps deliver high flow rates, strong pressure (head), and support multi-stage setups. We built them using our pump design expertise and the latest domestic and international technology.

Multi-Stage Capability: Supports multi-stage setups with a max working pressure of 3.6MPa.

TYPE NOTATION:
For example:
CAD Design super Performance Higher Reliability
ZGB(P) series slurry pump are horizontal, single-stage ,single-suction, cantilever, double-casing, centrifugal slurry pumps .The low parts of ZGB and ZGB(P) pumps of which the diameter of outlet is the same are exchangeable. The exterior dimensions are completely the same. The drive part of the ZGB(P) series slurry pumps adopt horizontal split bracket with oil lubrication and there are tow sets of cooling systems inside and also there are cooling water outside. About pressure of cooling water, please consult table 1.
There are two types of shaft seal of ZGB(P) pumps: expeller seal combined with packing seal and mechanical seal. We recommend using a mechanical seal supplied with high-pressure sealing water when installing the slurry pump in series (two stages or more). For single-stage installation, use an expeller seal combined with a packing seal.
The water pressure and water amount of all types of the shaft seal is as follows:
(1) Sealing water pressure
Single-stage pump with expeller seal which combined with packing seal:
sealing water pressure is 0.2-0.3 MPa
Pumps which are installed as multi-stage (two and above two stages) in series with the expeller seal combined with packing seal:
The lowest sealing water pressure should be Pn=ΣnHi + 0.7 Hn (n ≥ 2).
Pumps which installed with mechanical seal: the sealing water pressure of each stage of pump is higher 0.1MPa than the pressure of all the outlets of the pumps Sealing water amount (consulting table 1)

NOTICES FOR ORDERING
1. Pump Configuration:
When ordering, state whether the pumps are used in series operation and specify the number of stages. Otherwise, we will supply type ZGB.
2. Shaft Seal:
When ordering, specify the type of shaft seal required. Otherwise, we will provide the expeller seal combined with packing.
3. Motor Specifications:
The matched motor typically has a protection grade of IP23 and operates at 50Hz. Notify us for any special requirements.
4. Pump Type Application:
Use type ZGB pump for one or two stages in series operation.
Use type ZGB(P) pump for three or four stages in series operation.
